Once you create a new account in Cool Calc the system will send you a confirmation email with an activation link. Occasionally these emails end up in a spam or junk folder. If you have not received an activation email within 15 minutes and have checked both your inbox and junk folder, please open up a support ticket.
Note that for security purposes activation emails are set to expire after 24 hours. If you tried to click an activation email and received an error it is possible that your activation email has expired. If this occurs please do not create another account, simply open a ticket with us and we can resend another activation code.

Entries are case sensitive and no include any spaces.
You will need to enter your username as is and use the latest password that you reset your account to.
I did a quick test in Chrome and IE and was able to generate a report. There may be an issue with your pop-up settings, etc. I will be enclosing a copy of the 77 Haskell St summery report in ticket # 971 shortly for your review. Please feel free to let us know if the issue still persists and we'd be more than happy to setup an appointment to walk through the issue at hand.
